Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will lead critical hardware projects to support the commercialization of innovative solar technology, overseeing project scope, installation, and coordination between internal teams and external partners to scale manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical hardware projects to support the commercialization of next-generation solar technology.
Manage project scope within an external tool scale-up program.
Oversee installation and commissioning of new pilot manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with external manufacturing partners and internal technical teams.
Handle project leadership, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

Experience in leading mission-critical hardware projects that drive the commercialisation of advanced technology, including managing scope within external tool scale-up programs and overseeing installation and commissioning of pilot tools.
Proven ability to own project leadership, including budgeting, scheduling, and partner coordination, working closely with external manufacturing partners and internal technical teams.
Organisational skills, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for scaling real-world hardware projects.
Full working rights in Australia; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia without visa sponsorship, as SunDrive cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position.
