Job Description

A hands-on Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing multiple R&D workstreams, resources, and lab operations to ensure the successful execution of scientific experiments and projects within a cutting-edge solar technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple concurrent R&D workstreams and experiments
Manage resources and lab operations to ensure efficient use
Ensure the smooth execution of scientific experiments
Work closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators to keep projects on track
Provide leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Experience in managing multiple concurrent R D workstreams, coordinating scientific and experimental work, and ensuring the smooth execution of experiments across a laboratory facility.
Ability to work closely with scientists, engineers, technicians, and lab operators to keep projects on track and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex scientific programs in a dynamic, technical environment.
Proven experience in managing resources and lab operations within a research and development setting.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership with clear data to inform strategic decisions in a scientific or technical context.
