Job Description
The HR Advisor supports SunDrive's People Culture functions and oversees office operations, working closely with management to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure a smooth, professional workplace in a fast-paced, innovative solar technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People Culture function and ensure smooth office operations at the Kurnell site
- Partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee core office operations and facilities management to maintain a welcoming and organized environment
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, with the ability to deepen capability in a fast-moving, technical start-up environment.
- Ability to work closely with the Chief Performance Officer and partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance processes, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Experience in HR coordination responsibilities and overseeing core office operations and facilities management to ensure the office remains welcoming, organized, and well-supported.
- Full working rights in Australia; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Australia without visa sponsorship, as SunDrive is not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
