Job Description
The role involves supporting biofuels operations by ensuring compliance with standards, conducting audits, managing inventory and emissions data, and providing technical support to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct ISCC INS audits
- Maintain inventory control and biofuels and feedstock mass balance files
- Manage incoming and outgoing movement documentation
- Verify and forward greenhouse gas emission calculations
- Perform internal audits at critical control points
- Implement mitigation measures within risk management framework
- Provide technical support to traders and operations
Requirements
- Experience in preparing and conducting ISCC INS audits.
- Experience in inventory control and maintaining the Biofuels and Feedstock mass balance files.
- Experience in receiving and completing all incoming and outgoing movement documentation.
- Experience in verification and forwarding of individual greenhouse gas emission calculations.
- Experience in conducting internal audits at critical control points.
- Experience in implementing mitigation measures within the risk management framework.
- Providing basic technical support to traders and operations.
- Educational background in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Renewable Energy, or a similar field.
- Experience in bioliquids and/or feedstocks.
- Knowledge of RED regulations and voluntary schemes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken at an advanced level.
