Job Description
The role involves managing post-trade activities in environmental commodities trading, ensuring accurate and compliant transaction processes, engaging with various stakeholders, and supporting process improvements within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-trade activities to ensure seamless trade-lifecycle flow
- Engage with stakeholders across Trading, Commercial, Back Office, and Finance teams
- Handle contractual execution, regulatory deliveries, nominations, and documentation
- Support process improvements and optimizations within Trade Operations and Tickets teams
- Monitor trading positions and coordinate with Traders and Risk teams
- Maintain and optimize data integrity across systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business, economics, finance, or similar.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent German communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Based in Hamburg with willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally to Amsterdam.
- Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Openness to new responsibilities and actively welcoming new challenges.
