Job Description
This role involves managing the physical operations of biofuels trading, including deal execution, logistics, and supply planning, to ensure smooth business continuity and support the company's decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day physical operations for FAME and HVO, expanding to all feedstocks and biofuels.
- Oversee full deal execution, including contract terms, settlements, cargo planning, and documentation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, terminals, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage supply planning, stock forecasting, and communicate effectively with traders and stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and budget updates, and implement continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in liquid bulk or biofuels operations, ideally in a trading environment.
- Strong expertise in physical deal execution, logistics coordination, EFP processes, and cargo documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
