Job Description
This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of cloud subscription programs at Pure Storage, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful scaling and implementation of cloud services, and driving continuous improvement through strategic program management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of the cloud program, including planning, dependency mapping, and roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, finance, legal, security, and data teams to identify risks and ensure timely execution.
- Partner with engineering leadership to translate complex systems and data flows into actionable plans, anticipating integration challenges.
- Define and monitor outcome-based OKRs and program health dashboards to provide executive visibility into delivery and impact.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through postmortems and refinement of the operating model to enhance decision-making and delivery reliability.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in technical program management within Cloud, SaaS, or platform environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex, multi-team programs from conception to launch.
- Strong domain knowledge in subscription, commerce, or cloud service delivery such as identity SSO, provisioning, billing, or lifecycle management, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Mastery of core program management practices, including risk RAID management, change management, release governance, and the ability to drive incident-to-improvement loops.
- Data-driven leadership skills, including defining meaningful KPIs and OKRs and using metrics to guide trade-offs and course corrections.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the skill to influence without authority across global time zones and varying levels of leadership, from individual contributors to executives.
- Ability to build and maintain a rigorous operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, dependency mapping, and integrated roadmaps.
- Experience in driving cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, and Data teams to proactively identify risks, unblock decision-making, and accelerate critical release milestones.
- Experience partnering with engineering leadership to translate complex distributed systems, APIs, and data flows into actionable execution plans while anticipating integration challenges in a scaling environment.
- Ability to define and track outcome-based OKRs and program health dashboards, utilizing data to provide executive-level visibility into delivery predictability, lead time, and business impact.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating postmortems and refining operating models to increase decision velocity and delivery reliability.
- Willingness and ability to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
