Job Description
This role involves managing the physical operations of biofuels trading, including deal execution, logistics, and supply planning, to ensure smooth business continuity and operational efficiency within a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day physical operations for FAME and HVO, expanding to all feedstocks and biofuels
- Oversee full deal execution, including contract terms, settlements, cargo planning, and documentation
- Coordinate with surveyors, terminals, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Manage supply planning, stock forecasting, and communicate effectively with traders and stakeholders
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and budget updates, and implement continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in liquid bulk or biofuels operations, ideally in a trading environment.
- Strong expertise in physical deal execution, logistics coordination, EFP processes, and cargo documentation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
