Job Description
The Senior Human Capital Development Specialist is responsible for driving leadership development, culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives to support scalable business growth and enhance organizational performance through data-driven and strategic HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of HR initiatives to support scalable business growth and improve quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen culture, leadership, engagement, and diversity.
- Partner with stakeholders and leadership to align business needs with people solutions and embed HR practices.
- Deliver data-driven solutions to enhance employee experience, increase efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment and momentum across stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience and a concrete track record in driving leadership development, culture building, engagement, and diversity inclusion, ideally in a fast paced and international environment.
- Experience in performance and talent management and reward is a strong pre if you also have it.
- Proven ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset, combined with influence, presence, and credibility, and a positive attitude toward navigating change.
- Business-savvy and people-oriented mindset, with a sharp eye for initiatives that align with organizational goals and needs, strong at stakeholder and project management, and confident in navigating complex business interactions.
- Outstanding analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, using tools such as Excel and other analytics solutions, to break down complex problems, generate clear insights, and translate them into meaningful, measurable impact.
- A confident communicator and facilitator, fluent in English.
- A master’s degree.
