Job Description
The role involves managing and developing finance team members, supporting monthly and annual financial processes, ensuring high-quality management information, and collaborating across departments to improve financial procedures within a company focused on environmental commodities and decarbonization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop junior staff members to ensure high-quality work and growth.
- Assist in the monthly financial close process to ensure timely and accurate management information.
- Support day-to-day, monthly, and year-end finance operations, including audits.
- Provide financial information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial administrative organization and implement procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the areas of Finance, Accounting, or equivalent certification
- 4 years of relevant working experience
- Eager to manage and develop individuals
- Proactive, hands-on, and innovative
- Excellent command of the English language
