Provides hardware and software support for workplace technology across global offices, troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and maintaining support records to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line hardware support for laptops, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and printers across global offices
Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed
Prepare and configure computers for new users, including OS installation, software setup, and device configuration
Support remote users with software troubleshooting, access issues, and connectivity problems
Maintain support tickets and accurate records of hardware and support activities
Requirements
Provide first and second-line hardware support for laptops, peripherals, meeting room equipment, printers, and other workplace technology across global offices including Amsterdam, Sweden, Singapore, and the US.
Perform initial problem diagnosis, resolve basic to intermediate issues, and escalate more complex cases as needed.
Prepare and configure computers for new joiners, including operating system installation, software setup, patching, and device configuration.
Support remote users with software troubleshooting, access issues, Microsoft 365, Windows, connectivity, and application-related incidents.
Update and maintain support tickets in the Jira Service Management system.
Maintain accurate records of machine builds, hardware assignments, and support activities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related IT support role or a study degree directly related to IT.
Ability to work onsite 4 days a week.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good working knowledge and problem-solving ability with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows, hardware troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Server, networking, and telecom is advantageous.
Experience supporting laptops, peripherals, printers, and workplace hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot software issues for remote and onsite users in a professional and service-focused manner.
