Job Description
The Head of Human Capital Development & Culture at STX leads a team to develop and execute HR strategies focused on performance, culture, leadership, and employee engagement, supporting scalable business growth and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the people strategy to support scalable business growth and improve HR functions.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performing culture.
- Own and evolve core HR domains such as performance management, compensation, career frameworks, learning, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Implement data-driven approaches to enhance employee experience, increase efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in scale-ups fast-paced and international environments, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Expertise experience in several of the focus areas listed above, such as learning and leadership development, performance, compensation, engagement, and building cultures
- Provide clear direction while constructively challenging your team to grow and innovate
- You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and known for proposing pragmatic, efficient solutions that deliver meaningful, scalable impact
- A confident communicator and facilitator, fluent in English
