Job Description
A Finance Operations Specialist responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in the APAC region within a trading environment, focusing on payment accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration with various finance and trading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the APAC region
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments with accuracy and timeliness
- Drive process efficiency, consistency, and automation within regional and global activities
- Collaborate with front office, trade support, accounting, treasury, and tax teams to improve information flow and financial analysis
- Support and challenge trading strategies through financial process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Quantitative studies, or another Quantitative discipline
- 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position within a trading environment or similar industry
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, exposure to VBA, Power Query, and the ability to use AI tools is a plus
- Living in Singapore
