Job Description
A Trade Support Contract Specialist responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing biofuel and environmental certificate contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while supporting operational efficiency within the biofuels trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage biofuel contracts and non-disclosure agreements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the contract lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records
- Support automation projects to improve team efficiency using relevant tools
- Develop a strong understanding of the operational and contractual aspects of environmental commodity trading
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and or Master's degree in Law
- 2 years of experience working with biofuels contracts or supporting biofuels trading operations
- Strong understanding of commodity trading terms and conditions including INCOTERMS, delivery terms, and pricing mechanisms
- Fluent in English
- Currently living in the Netherlands
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
