Job Description
The Solar O M Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of commercial solar energy systems to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency, working collaboratively in a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of commercial solar energy systems
- Ensure the safety and reliability of solar system operations
- Perform routine inspections and system maintenance
Requirements
- Possess the ability to ensure the reliable performance, safety, and efficiency of commercial solar energy systems.
- Have experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar system performance.
- Be capable of working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
- Possess a minimum of Tier 1 experience level in Operations Management (O M) or equivalent experience, with the ability to perform duties across multiple experience levels up to Tier 4.
- Possess the physical ability to perform job duties which may include climbing, lifting, and working at heights, as the role involves hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
