Job Description
The Construction Estimator is responsible for creating detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial rooftop solar projects, working closely with project teams to ensure proposals are competitive and technically sound based on construction, electrical, and structural systems knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial rooftop solar projects
- Understand construction methods, electrical and structural systems, and solar installation best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals
Requirements
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial rooftop solar projects.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, electrical systems, and structural systems related to solar installation.
- Knowledge of solar installation best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists to ensure proposals are both competitive and technically sound.
