Job Description
A Logistics Analyst supporting the Operations Team by managing the procurement logistics, coordinating shipments, working with carriers and project managers, and tracking inventory to ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the final phase of procurement to ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites
- Coordinate shipments and logistics with 3PLs, logistics carriers, and Project Managers
- Track inventory and manage logistics operations using the ERP system
Requirements
- Experience supporting operations teams in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on managing the last phase of procurement and ensuring equipment is delivered to project sites efficiently and on time.
- Ability to work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), logistics carriers, Project Managers, and ERP systems to coordinate shipments, manage logistics, and track inventory.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and proactivity in managing logistics processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Experience managing or coordinating shipments and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems or similar inventory and logistics management software.
- High level of accountability and ability to execute logistics plans accurately and efficiently.
