Job Description
The Solar Construction Manager will oversee the on-site execution of commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with various teams and subcontractors to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects
- Ensure construction work complies with safety standards and regulations
- Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel
- Maintain high quality standards throughout construction processes
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing all construction activities for commercial solar projects, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule management.
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Proven track record of leading on-site execution of solar construction projects.
- Experience in managing construction schedules and ensuring timely project completion.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment on construction sites.
- Ability to manage and oversee construction activities in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Experience in working with or supervising subcontractors and field personnel in a construction setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
