Job Description

The role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive operational excellence in project management for a leading solar developer, focusing on strategy, execution, and data-driven insights to scale project delivery and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Project Management to oversee project execution at scale.
Drive operational excellence across the project management function.
Define priorities and facilitate structured project sprints.
Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights to inform project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Project Development, Finance, and Engineering to ensure high-quality performance.

Requirements

Experience with management consulting and exposure to EPC, infrastructure, or real estate environments, with a strong consulting toolkit.
Partnering directly with the VP of Project Management and serving as an embedded operator with direct ownership over how projects are executed at scale.
Driving operational excellence across the project management function and working closely with senior leadership to define priorities, drive structured project sprints, and translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Project Development, Finance, and Engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality performance across a growing portfolio.
This role is designed as a pathway into senior leadership roles within Project Management, Business Operations, or PMO as the organization continues to scale.
Preferred location in Asbury Park, NJ or New York City, with the ability to work closely with leadership in a hybrid capacity.
