This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support in a professional office environment, including front desk management, event coordination, communication, and process improvement to ensure smooth office functioning and a positive client and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors to create a welcoming front-of-house experience
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure office efficiency
Manage mail, packages, and courier services
Coordinate and support office events and initiatives
Oversee building-related items such as maintenance requests and safety protocols
Train and mentor new reception or office staff
Support onboarding and hospitality services for new employees
Draft communications and assist with PowerPoint presentations for office leadership
Identify opportunities to improve office operations and workflows
Requirements
Minimum of four years of related experience required.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience working in a professional services firm preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
