Job Description
This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support in a professional office environment, including front desk management, event coordination, communication, and process improvement to ensure smooth office functioning and a positive client and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors to create a welcoming front-of-house experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure office efficiency
- Manage mail, packages, and courier services
- Coordinate and support office events and initiatives
- Oversee building-related items such as maintenance requests and safety protocols
- Train and mentor new reception or office staff
- Support onboarding and hospitality services for new employees
- Draft communications and assist with PowerPoint presentations for office leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve office operations and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of related experience required.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience working in a professional services firm preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
