Job Description
The role involves managing client and project records, processing billing and project modifications, preparing and submitting invoices, and supporting client billing inquiries within a consulting, engineering, and construction services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage client and project records using Deltek Vision, including billing setup and project updates
- Review contracts and proposals to ensure accurate project setup and compliance with billing terms
- Process project modifications such as billing term changes, project status updates, and inter-project transfers
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate client invoices in accordance with contractual obligations
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of final invoices before submission
- Issue client statements of account and support billing inquiries
- Conduct client collection calls and follow up on outstanding receivables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, in Accounting or an equivalent field.
- One to three years or more of experience functioning in a similar capacity.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
- Must have high level knowledge of Microsoft Office products, automated accounting, and billing systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
