Job Description
The Senior Construction Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and process adherence while collaborating closely with project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects
- Enforce construction processes and maintain quality standards
- Drive schedule performance and ensure timely project completion
- Ensure consistent execution across active job sites
- Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with scope, budget, and client commitments
Requirements
- Deep rooftop solar expertise with strong leadership capability and a disciplined, process-driven approach to construction management.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and the Construction Managers assigned to them.
- Enforce construction processes and maintain quality standards across active job sites.
- Drive schedule performance and ensure consistent execution across active job sites.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure field execution aligns with scope, budget, and client commitments.
- Serve as a hands-on operational leader in the construction of commercial rooftop solar projects.
