The Senior Construction Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and process adherence while collaborating closely with project teams to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and construction managers
Enforce construction processes and maintain quality standards across active job sites
Drive schedule performance and ensure consistent execution of construction activities
Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with project scope, budget, and client commitments

Requirements

Deep rooftop solar expertise with strong leadership capability and a disciplined, process-driven approach to construction management.
Provide day-to-day operational oversight of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and the Construction Managers assigned to them.
Enforce construction processes and maintain quality standards across active job sites.
Drive schedule performance and ensure consistent execution across active job sites.
Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure field execution aligns with scope, budget, and client commitments.
Serve as a hands-on operational leader in the construction environment.
Demonstrate experience in construction management within the solar or related renewable energy industry.
Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills to direct Construction Managers and field teams.
Experience in enforcing safety protocols and standards on construction sites.
Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
