Job Description
A Senior Construction Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations, quality, schedule, and execution of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects, working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and construction managers
- Enforce construction processes and maintain quality standards across active job sites
- Drive schedule performance and ensure consistent execution of projects
- Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with scope, budget, and client commitments
- Provide hands-on operational leadership with deep rooftop solar expertise
Requirements
- Deep rooftop solar expertise with strong leadership capability and a disciplined, process-driven approach to construction management.
- Experience providing day-to-day operational oversight of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects and the Construction Managers assigned to them.
- Ability to enforce construction processes, maintain quality standards, drive schedule performance, and ensure consistent execution across active job sites.
- Partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure field execution aligns with scope, budget, and client commitments.
- Strong leadership skills to serve as a hands-on operational leader.
- Experience in a high-performance environment with a focus on accountability and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee construction activities on commercial rooftop solar projects.
