Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Preconstruction will manage early-stage development projects for rooftop community solar, including research, stakeholder engagement, project planning, site assessments, and risk management to support the company's solar development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of early-stage development rooftop community solar projects
- Research AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) policies and facilitate relationships with local stakeholders
- Coordinate project planning, site visits, and feasibility assessments
- Prepare and maintain project controls reports
- Identify and manage project risks
Requirements
- Experience in managing a portfolio of early-stage development rooftop community solar projects.
- Ability to research AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) policy and facilitate local relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in project planning, site visit coordination, and feasibility assessment for solar projects.
- Proficiency in project controls reporting and risk management related to solar development projects.
- Strong understanding of the preconstruction process specific to solar energy projects.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
- Ability to work in a high-performance environment with a focus on accountability and execution.
- Experience with managing or coordinating site visits and feasibility assessments for solar projects.
- Knowledge of local policies and regulations affecting solar project development.
