The Senior Analyst, Preconstruction will manage early-stage development projects for rooftop community solar, including research, stakeholder engagement, project planning, site assessments, and risk management to support the company's solar development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of early-stage development rooftop community solar projects
Research AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) policies and facilitate relationships with local stakeholders
Coordinate project planning, site visits, and feasibility assessments
Prepare and maintain project controls reports
Identify and manage project risks
Requirements
Experience in managing a portfolio of early-stage development rooftop community solar projects.
Ability to research AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) policy and facilitate local relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in project planning, site visit coordination, and feasibility assessment for solar projects.
Proficiency in project controls reporting and risk management related to solar development projects.
Strong understanding of the preconstruction process specific to solar energy projects.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
Ability to work in a high-performance environment with a focus on accountability and execution.
Experience with managing or coordinating site visits and feasibility assessments for solar projects.
Knowledge of local policies and regulations affecting solar project development.
