Job Description
The Senior Analyst will lead competitive intelligence efforts, conduct techno-economic analyses, and develop strategic insights to inform commercial decisions in a cutting-edge battery materials company focused on advancing clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the global competitive intelligence program across engineering, legal, and commercial teams
- Lead complex techno-economic analyses and benchmarking to assess competitive advantages
- Conduct structured strategic war gaming and market entry analysis to anticipate competitor moves
- Translate competitive insights into actionable commercial tools and training for sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or similar field required; advanced degree MBA or MS highly desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a dedicated market competitive intelligence function, preferably within a deep-tech, industrial, or energy sector.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in a Techno-Economic Modeling (TEA) and advanced market research methodologies.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel modeling tools and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as an expert individual contributor, working autonomously to structure and execute analysis, and presenting complex insights directly to senior executive stakeholders.
- Operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier, printer, etc., in a fixed location.

Compensation/salary range: $136,000 to $172,000
