Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the Technology Research units, driving HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness within a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees within assigned business units
- Develop and execute recruiting and retention strategies
- Lead performance management processes, including reviews, talent calibrations, and promotions
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance
- Hire, coach, and support talent through feedback and challenge navigation
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with HR software and business applications, including Google Suite, ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, and Radford Aon.
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
- Experience building and presenting executive-level presentations.
- Operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier printer, etc., in a fixed location, and be stationary for extended periods of time.

Compensation/salary range: $160,000 to $200,000
