Job Description
A People Operations Contractor responsible for supporting HR processes, managing employee data, onboarding new hires, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth HR operations at a battery materials company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee data changes and maintain accurate records in ADP Workforce Now and Google Suite
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries in the People Operations inbox or escalate issues as needed
- Support compensation operations by generating letters and preparing review documents
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and facilitate new hire orientation
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, reporting, and assisting with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Comfortable working within a Mac-based environment and utilizing a MacBook for daily tasks.
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in an administrative or HR role; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work onsite at our offices 5 days per week.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive personal information with strict confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing great customer service to internal teams.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $25/hr to $35/hr
