The role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and scale the People Operations function, managing HR processes, policies, and compliance, and creating systems that support the company's growth while fostering a human-centered, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and improve core People Operations processes including employee lifecycle management, compensation, benefits, policies, compliance, and immigration procedures.
Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient global mobility solutions.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and analyze people analytics, KPIs, and reports to inform leadership decisions and workforce planning.
Design scalable, repeatable HR practices, templates, and operating models to support organizational growth.
Own and evolve development and performance review processes to ensure clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and strong performance as the organization scales.
Requirements
Deep expertise across core HR disciplines, with a strong grounding in UK employment law, policies, and compliance.
Practical experience owning UK employment compliance frameworks and immigration sponsorship obligations, including Skilled Worker licence management.
Experience operating in scaling organisations with employee counts ranging from 20 to 300 or 20 to 400 employees.
Solid experience in compensation strategy and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and transparent pay frameworks.
Proven experience leading and advising on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management PIPs, and terminations, with sound judgment and a strong compliance lens.
