Job Description
A Construction Engineer role focused on enhancing the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic planning, scalable solutions, and effective team collaboration, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and industry impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan to ensure effective delivery and mitigate delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions for project delivery.
- Maximize the professional development of team members and educate clients to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background.
- At least 2 years of experience on construction projects.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- Leadership capabilities, including proactive self-leadership and the ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
- A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, including implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
