The Marketing Content Communications Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across digital channels to promote the company's brand, educate potential customers, and support sales efforts within the construction technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Write, edit, and polish marketing content including blog posts and sales tools.
Manage and execute content distribution channels such as newsletter, LinkedIn, and nurture campaigns.
Engage with online communities and review platforms to represent the brand and connect with the target audience.
Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Optimize content for search engines and AI, and analyze performance metrics to improve future content.
Requirements
Strong B2B writing skills with a solid command of grammar and style, capable of shifting between technical documentation, email campaigns, and social copy.
Ability to work comfortably with customers, product teams, sales teams, and leadership to communicate dense, jargon-heavy content clearly and usefully.
Excellent organization skills to keep track of multiple workstreams and deadlines without things slipping.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS content creation that educates and converts audiences, demonstrating impact through previous work.
Experience working within the construction industry, including understanding of technical language and the unique challenges of the trade (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as Webflow, CRM systems like HubSpot, and project management tools such as Jira (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of SEO and AI engine optimization techniques to enhance content discoverability (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to track and analyze performance metrics across email, social media, and web channels, using indicators like open rates, engagement, and traffic to improve content effectiveness (preferred but not mandatory).
