Degree educated in one of the following fields: Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in the engineering construction of large capital projects valued at USD 100 million or more.
Great communication skills, able to translate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences.
Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and improving the delivery of Capital Projects, with the curiosity to learn the latest digital tools and processes across the project life cycle.
Have an analytical mindset and approach problems in a data-driven way.
Must be located and have the current right to work in the UK.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, following and helping to improve organizational processes.
