Requirements
A construction engineering background.
At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, with experience in project planning both software and principles.
Decent Excel skills.
Strong interest in data.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
Charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
Proactive leadership capabilities, including leading oneself and others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
