Job Description

The role involves driving growth by acquiring new enterprise clients in Italy, primarily in the Public Sector and Financial Services sectors, through strategic sales activities, building relationships, and demonstrating the value of Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts in the Public Sector and FSI sectors.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Understand client needs and articulate how Celonis solutions address their strategic and operational requirements.
  • Guide the sales process from prospecting to closing, including qualification, engagement, needs analysis, and proposal development.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Celonis solutions tailored to specific use cases, often collaborating with Value Engineers.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with consulting firms, SaaS partners, and Big4 firms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business development, value engineering, partner management, and marketing to ensure sales success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on both expanding existing business opportunities and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
