Job Description
This role involves enhancing the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic planning, developing scalable solutions, and guiding project teams to achieve near-perfect execution while fostering professional growth within a forward-thinking, innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan to ensure effective delivery and mitigate delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
- Maximize the professional development of team members and educate clients to improve project delivery.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background
- At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, including experience in project planning using both software tools and planning principles
- Decent Excel skills
- A strong interest in data
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills
- Charisma and influence to motivate construction personnel to adopt new approaches
- Proactive self-leadership and the ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them
- A track record of making projects and organizations better by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that have a significant positive impact
