Key Responsibilities

Requirements
A construction engineering background with solid construction project planning capability in all aspects that take into account strategic objectives and the broad context of the projects.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills, with the charisma and influence to get construction personnel to adopt new approaches and best practices.
Proven leadership capabilities, including proactively leading oneself and others by asking the right questions, challenging team members, and being a coach and developer of teams.
A track record of making projects and organizations better by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that have a significant positive impact beyond basic project delivery.
Experience owning and managing the project plan for one or more projects, ensuring effective execution, mitigation of delays, and commercial management of project timelines.
Ability to ensure that project teams understand and focus on the project plan, even in the face of resistance or stubbornness.
Experience providing simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels to facilitate efficient and effective project delivery.
Ability to develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions in collaboration with teams to achieve long-term impact.
Experience in developing team members personally and professionally, as well as educating clients to improve project outcomes.
