Job Description
A Business Development Associate supporting the growth of hyperscale data center projects by preparing proposals, managing pipeline analytics, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and developing financial models to drive sales and revenue forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed commercial proposals for hyperscale data center customers
- Coordinate proposal inputs from engineering, regulatory, finance, and operations teams
- Develop pricing models and conduct scenario analyses
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM system and reporting
- Track deal stages, probability weighting, and revenue forecasts
- Generate weekly pipeline dashboards for executive leadership
- Support tariff comparisons, generation cost modeling, and sensitivity analyses
- Assist with LOIs, term sheets, and commercial summaries
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, consulting, or investment analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
- Experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong writing skills.
- Experience supporting large infrastructure proposals or RFP responses.
- Ability to synthesize technical and commercial data into executive-ready materials.
