A Business Development Associate supporting the growth of hyperscale data center projects by preparing proposals, managing pipeline analytics, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and developing financial models to drive sales and revenue forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Build detailed commercial proposals for hyperscale data center customers
Coordinate proposal inputs from engineering, regulatory, finance, and operations teams
Develop pricing models and conduct scenario analyses
Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM system and reporting
Track deal stages, probability weighting, and revenue forecasts
Generate weekly pipeline dashboards for executive leadership
Support tariff comparisons, generation cost modeling, and sensitivity analyses
Assist with LOIs, term sheets, and commercial summaries
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, consulting, or investment analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
Experience with CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred.
Highly detail-oriented with strong writing skills.
Experience supporting large infrastructure proposals or RFP responses.
Ability to synthesize technical and commercial data into executive-ready materials.
