Job Description
A part-time Diamond Sales Expert responsible for advising customers, building relationships, and growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI, a modern, sustainable diamond jewelry brand. The role involves creating memorable customer experiences and supporting brand growth through sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers and assist in the customer journey for diamond and bridal jewelry sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Create memorable experiences for customers during their purchase process
- Sell sustainably created diamonds and jewelry products
- Contribute to growing the VRAI brand and bridal jewelry business
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, including sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must have experience or skills in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, and be capable of building strong customer relationships.
- Must have a genuine interest in selling sustainably created diamonds and bridal jewelry.
- Must be able to serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey and contribute to growing the bridal jewelry business.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule of Friday through Sunday, with the role being fully on-site.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with the employer participating in E-Verify and requiring completion of Form I-9.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (implied, as specific educational requirements are not explicitly stated but generally expected for sales roles).
