Job Description
The role involves leading treasury and finance operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management, within a dynamic energy company focused on sustainable infrastructure projects. It requires strategic leadership, team development, and expertise in financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management activities.
- Manage and optimize treasury management systems, payment platforms, and banking technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing treasury or finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership of cash operations and payment processes.
- Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS), payment platforms, and banking technologies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Location flexibility to work in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10 days per year.
