Job Description
A strategic and hands-on Senior People Partner role responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies across talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and culture to support SB Energy's growth and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement holistic people strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Advise on leadership, performance, and culture development
- Lead talent acquisition efforts and develop scalable recruiting processes
- Support workforce planning to anticipate future talent needs
- Design and evolve compensation structures, benchmarking, and incentive programs
- Provide HR partnership to leaders and teams on performance management, employee engagement, and development
- Develop and ensure compliance with people policies, programs, and processes
- Implement initiatives to support company growth, culture, and employee engagement
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure program impact
Requirements
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in HR People roles, including significant business partnering experience
- Proven ability to operate across multiple people functions including talent acquisition, compensation, HR business partnering, and programs
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Experience working in high-growth or evolving organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Location in the SF Bay Area, San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement
