Project Manager at SB Energy

Manage the execution of utility-scale PV and BESS projects from notice to proceed to final acceptance.
Oversee and coordinate EPC contracts, project schedule, budget, and commissioning activities.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, scope gaps, and scope creep.
Negotiate and ensure contract and regulatory compliance with legal and procurement teams.
Coordinate with external stakeholders including landowners, utilities, permitting agencies, and project financiers.
Lead internal cross-functional teams to ensure project success and facilitate project hand-offs.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership and external partners.

Five (5) years of experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic (PV), Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and PV BESS projects.
Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time, as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management tools such as Monday.com and Primavera P6 is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Base salary range of $140,000 - $165,000
