Job Description
The role involves leading post-merger integration processes for strategic acquisitions at Celonis, working cross-functionally to ensure successful integration, synergy realization, and cultural alignment to support the company's growth in Process Intelligence technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integration strategies for acquired companies
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including GTM alignment, product integration, cultural onboarding, and systems migration
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs and financial synergies using Celonis technology
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting for the integration process
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless cultural and operational integration
- Continuously improve the M&A integration playbook and best practices
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically in M A Integration, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting Big 4 or Top-tier firm with a focus on PMI.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS Enterprise Software landscape.
- Experience integrating high-growth tech startups is a significant plus.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift ('We Own It' attitude).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in developing comprehensive integration strategies and detailed execution plans for acquired companies, ensuring alignment with the original deal thesis.
- Experience managing the post-merger integration process, including designing integration blueprints, managing the First 100 Days, and tracking synergy realization and operational health using Process Intelligence tools.
- Ability to serve as a central hub between the target company and functional leads across Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance to drive workstreams such as GTM alignment, product integration, cultural onboarding, and systems migration.
- Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial synergies during integration.
- Proven program management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and executive reporting to C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Ability to act as an ambassador for company values and drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions for new employees.
- Experience continuously improving and codifying best practices in integration processes to make M A engine more scalable and repeatable.
