Job Description
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources within a renewable energy company, focusing on vendor management, recruitment support, and administrative tasks, while providing opportunities for professional development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and testing of vendor management system (VMS), including data collection, configuration, and documentation
- Assist with vendor onboarding, credential verification, and maintaining vendor records
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for VMS users
- Provide administrative support to HR functions such as benefits enrollment, paperwork processing, and employee inquiries
- Support recruiting activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Assist HR manager with file maintenance, HRIS data updates, reporting, and special projects
Requirements
- Pursuing or having received a Bachelor's, Associate's, or Master's degree in human resources, communications, or a related degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented, prioritizing accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
- Ability to keep to deadlines while demonstrating empathy to team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Passion for the industry and working with people.
