Job Description
The CSA Engineer will support large-scale data center projects by coordinating and reviewing civil, structural, and architectural works, overseeing construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review civil, structural, and architectural design drawings and technical submittals.
- Oversee on-site construction of CSA works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage RFIs, inspections, and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve clashes and sequencing issues.
- Support project delivery, commissioning readiness, and handover of CSA works.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction projects related to data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial, or large commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of CSA systems in data center environments.
- Experience working on live or fast-track construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of international standards and best practices such as ACI, Eurocodes, BS, etc.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
