Job Description
This role involves supporting remote experience programs and leading cross-functional projects to enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and implement new tools and initiatives within a global, remote-based organization focused on IoT solutions for physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Remote team to support EMEA remote experience programs
- Plan, schedule, and improve coworking and community initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and employee experience
- Lead cross-functional workplace projects from conception to implementation, including onboarding new tools and creating SOPs
- Enable teams with tooling and AI solutions
- Develop and deliver training for new software and internal tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Maintain clear communication and use project-tracking tools to ensure visibility and alignment
- Produce documentation, proposals, and meeting agendas; facilitate working sessions
- Report on project progress, identify risks, and manage milestones and dependencies
- Embed and promote Samsara’s cultural principles across initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, passionate and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Intermediate to Skilled proficiency with Slack, Jira, and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Envoy, Tableau, Lucidchart, and Spark.
