Job Description
This role involves enhancing the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic planning, developing scalable solutions, and guiding project teams to improve efficiency and outcomes in high-tech infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan to ensure effective delivery and mitigate delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
- Maximize the professional and personal development of team members and educate clients.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background.
- At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, including experience in project planning both software and principles.
- Decent Excel skills.
- A strong interest in data.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- Proactive self-leadership and the ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
- A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, including implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
