Job Description
This role involves supporting remote experience programs and leading cross-functional projects to enhance employee engagement, streamline operations, and implement new tools and processes within a global, remote-based company focused on IoT solutions for physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve remote experience programs for the EMEA team.
- Plan, schedule, and enhance coworking and community initiatives to boost productivity, safety, and employee experience.
- Lead cross-functional workplace projects from conception to launch, including onboarding new tools and creating SOPs.
- Assist in developing and delivering training for new software and internal tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics, and translate them into actionable plans.
- Maintain clear communication and use project-tracking tools to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Produce documentation, proposals, and meeting materials; facilitate working sessions and communicate updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and surface blockers early to ensure timely delivery.
- Promote and embody the company's cultural principles, focusing on customer success, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, passionate and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Intermediate to Skilled proficiency with Slack, Jira, and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with Envoy, Tableau, Lucidchart, and Spark.
