Job Description
A Web Production Specialist responsible for creating, updating, and ensuring the quality of web content and landing pages, collaborating with design and content teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency within a fast-growing digital strategy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and implement content assets including copy, images, videos, and graphics for web pages
- Create and update landing pages and web content using pre-approved templates and modules
- Conduct QA testing on web pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with UX, visual design, content, and SEO teams to ensure timely and quality web production
- Document new processes and maintain workflow consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a web production, webmaster, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- An understanding of the principles of user experience (UX) and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A clear drive to leverage AI for better productivity and workload management.
- Experience with content implementation to build and manage web pages using modern CMS platforms like Webflow and/or Contentful.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of SEO and emerging GEO best practices such as meta tags and alt text.
- Experience with visual design tools like Figma.
