Job Description
The role involves leading customer engagements, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing insights to demonstrate value and drive strategic solutions for clients, while scaling best practices across the organization. It combines hands-on value engineering with program leadership to help clients improve their operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to identify business goals, operational challenges, and success criteria
- Lead customer engagements to surface insights and align stakeholders
- Synthesize and present findings to communicate value and priorities
- Quantify value through data-backed models and ROI projections
- Build and scale programs to implement best practices across the organization
- Mentor team members to improve quality and consistency of deliverables
- Champion company culture principles focused on customer success, inclusivity, and growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, strategy, finance, analytics, or business operations.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing discovery, workshops, or strategic working sessions.
- Strong track record building ROI models, business cases, or financial analyses for enterprise customers.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative discovery and quantitative analysis into clear, executive-ready narratives.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather inputs, test assumptions, and validate findings.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without formal authority.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and visual storytelling tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
