Job Description
The role involves participating in an 18-month rotational leadership program focused on developing expertise in supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and cross-functional project management, with opportunities to influence business growth and build a long-term career in operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tradeoffs of cost, quality, and responsiveness across the supply chain.
- Develop a deep understanding of Samsara's vendor base and industry trends.
- Negotiate terms for sourcing hardware, logistics, and fulfillment services.
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in various departments.
- Drive operational implementation of new product launches (NPI).
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on supply chain planning and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Conduct analytics on process optimization, cost opportunities, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Finance, Economics, or equivalent, completed in 2024 or later
- Four (4) years of prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain pre or post graduate
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
- High proficiency with G Suite products and familiarity with AI tools Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail while never losing sight of the big picture
- Proactive, positive approach to problem solving while dealing with ambiguity, changing priorities, and business volatility
- Strong commitment to a career in operations or supply chain
- Exceptional team player mentality

Annual Base Salary range: $79,730 to $120,600 USD
